Video otoscopy allows our veterinarians to view and evaluate infected ears in greater detail than with a standard otoscope. We can evaluate the extent of disease, the presence of masses or foreign objects, and determine whether the eardrum is damaged.

We use the video otoscope not only for diagnosing ear pathology but for unparalleled accuracy and precision in treatment of ear conditions.

Many times ear drum condition cannot be evaluated until a deep ear flush has been performed.The otoscopy procedure allows us to deeply flush the ear, removing debris and wax, and dry your pet's ear canal while watching the action via a clear image on the video monitor.

The scope is used to remove foreign objects from the ear canal, curette wax buildup, biopsy a tumor. or flush and take cultures from the middle ear.

We can print download and print images and store them in the patient's file for future comparison and evaluation.
